How can we help?

For Windsor Meats, this passion was born in 1946, when the first shop was opened at the tail end of WWII. Windsor became a beloved and well-established butcher in Vancouver, known for their quality product and exemplary service. Bett Prosperi-Porta purchased Windsor’s Caulfield location in 2005, largely due to the frustration he felt at the limited selection and quality of product available to him at conventional grocery stores. The move was in hopes of establishing a store unlike anything he could yet find; incomparable products and friendly, knowledgeable service.

Windsor Meats is committed to providing an impeccable shopping experience for customers in search of premium foods. Due to the fact that our Mackenzie Market location is the packing hub for all of our Home Delivery orders, we are able to offer a wider selection of products than what is available chain-wide, such as dairy and produce. Unfortunately, because some of those products are not available at every location, the selection for Pickup is currently limited to what is available in-store at each of our other 5 locations.

For the most part, yes! If you would like anything custom done to your meat, or would like it packaged a certain way (paper, vacuum sealed etc.), please specify in the comments section during the checkout process. If we are unable to accommodate your request, one of our team members will reach out to you to come up with a solution.

Yes! If you would like to order an item that you know we carry at a particular location, simply call ahead to your preferred pickup location, and a team member will help facilitate your order so that you are able to pay online ahead of time. Just a note, you will need to have an existing shop account with us to do this.

Currently, the Gift Cards available for purchase in-store are not compatible with our online ordering system, but we are working on making them available and compatible as soon as possible!


If you wanted to buy a physical gift card for a friend or loved one, just create an account, add a credit card, and contact us at orders@windsormeats.com and we can ring your purchase through on our back end. Then, we can arrange pickup or mail your card to its preferred destination!
